A widely used and alcohol tolerant Abbey yeast that is suitable for a variety of Belgian style ales. This strain produces nice ester profiles as well as a slightly spicy alcohol note. It can be slow to start; however, it attenuates well.

Good with: Belgian Dark Strong Ale, Belgian Tripel, Belgian Dubbel, Witbier, Spiced Beers, Belgian & White IPA’s

App. ABV Tolerance: 12% / App. Attenuation: 74 - 78%

Flocculation: Medium to Low / Temperature: 68 F - 78 F
