A very good cask-conditioned ale strain, this yeast produces distinctly malty beers. Attenuation levers are typically less that most other strains, resulting in a slightly sweeter finish. Ales tend to be fruity, increasingly so with her fermentation temperature of 70 F - 74 F. A thorough diacetyl rest is recommended after fermentation s complete. Right beers are easily achieved within days without an filtration.
