Ales & IPAs

Uses yeast that ferments at the top of the fermentation vessel, and typically at higher temperatures than lager yeast. As a result, this makes for a quicker fermentation period (7-8 days, or even less.) Flowery and fruity aromas ranging, but not limited to apple, pear, pineapple, grass, hay, plum, and prune.

Lagers & Pilsners

Uses yeast that ferments at the bottom of the fermentation vessel. Lagers are typically brewed at cooler temperatures (compared to ales) and result with a more crisp and cleaner flavor. Some pilsners even offer strong hop flavors, spicy floral flavors, and crisp refreshing flavors.

Wheats & Ryes

Our wheats provide a light and refreshing adjunct while our rye kits provide a hint of spicy warmth that rye is known for with notes of rye bread. They tend to be reddish-amber, with fruity notes and a nice hoppiness from the hops.
